There are five statute driven recognized branches of professional surveying in Ontario. They are: Cadastral, Geodesy, Photogrammetry, Hydrography and Geographic Information Management.

Founded in 1979, Derek G. Graham Limited, with an identifiable name 'Graham Surveys', provides practical professional surveying services in the field of Cadastral surveying.

Cadastral surveying encompasses the areas of boundary determination, land use planning and drainage engineering. All of these sub areas are carried out by a licensed professional surveyor by strictly reflecting the current Statute, Case and Common Law in Ontario.

We also provide unique, innovative development design alternatives that will provide cost saving and effective solutions in order to meet community, municipal and provincial requirements in the Public Policy Development area.

The President of Derek G. Graham Limited, Derek Gibson Graham OLS OLIP, a fifth generation professional surveyor, has had over 50 years of technical and professional surveying experience. Derek is well assisted by Alexandra F. S. Graham, the sister of two, daughter, granddaughter and niece of professional surveyors in the United Kingdom and overseas.
